Interior Structural Components:
Structural defects in doors, windows, walls, foundations, columns, ceilings, retaining walls, floors, grading, roofs, girders and windows.
Plumbing Components:
Interior water supply and distribution system, interior drains, waste and vent system, hot water systems, sump pumps
Electrical Components:
Lighting fixtures, service entrance conductors, voltage ratings, ceiling fans, main distribution panels, switches, service equipment, ground fault circuit interrupters, receptacles, smoke detectors.
Heating System Components:
Fans, chimneys, all pumps, automatic safety controls, air ducts and associated controls.
Central Air Conditioning Components:
Associated controls of the air conditioning and distribution system.
Insulation and Ventilation Components:
Ventilation of the attic, ventilation of the crawlspace, insulation vapor barriers, kitchen vents, bathroom and laundry vents and attic ventilation fans.
Built-in Kitchen Appliances:
Dishwashers, heating range (stove tops), garbage disposal, trash compactor, permanently installed ovens, ventilation equipment and permanently installed microwave ovens.
Exterior Structural Components:
Entry doors, decks, wall cladding, steps, driveways, eaves and windows.
Roofing Components:
Roof coverings, roof drainage system, flashing, skylights, chimneys.
